Some here have been critical of QUIK for silence. The above is a VERY POWERFUL sort of message

commentary on the cumulative distillation of ALL that I have read on this in the adjacent possible( more than A ton).....A mispriced bet, that grows in the mispricing-so that I have had no problem in shaking the matress; ie I HAD to wurk to come up the $$ to buy a bigger part of the biz..  The coffee house of this specialty is JUMPING, so alive with ideas and what can/should/may be done.  How much mispriced you ask, is it .1-.3 $?  No, it's more than that.  Is it 1.00?

Yes it much more like that today, but things are happening each and every day, so next month it will be more, and the month after that...

QUIK, beam me up in '15. Thnks in advance. RC is bfast and coffee only in '15( 16?) :-)

commentary On wearables?  Wearables are a subset of the IoT. The Iot?

well there is the BUZZ factor...

Unless you've been living off the grid for a decade, you've probably heard of the "Internet of Things" by now. Sites like Barron's have hailed it as "The Next Industrial Revolution." AndWired says we can't even fathom how transformational the Internet of things (IoT) will ultimately be. It's just too early.

And QUIK is in that Coffee House, catching the buzz of what is happnin now in sensor fusion, the beautiful Adjacent Possible was there too, wearing not so enticing much and heard all the conversations, L8er APos( as they call the adjacent possible- leaned in so close, close to me & whispered in my ear, for having read so much, she was soooo close to me that I could feel some warmth emitted from her wonderful body, so that my temperature rose 1/2 degree according to my wearable.

"J., the bits and pieces that 'lil QUIK has, when put together into that SoC, will be the one for significant market share in the wearables for the IoT,,, shhhhh its a mispriced bet, a HUGE mispriced bet, and then the adjacent possible was gone- the heat dissipated- I grew colder and I lied awake for a while, wondering if it was real or not.  The time lag between when I heard that till the multitude grasps it?  That's my rare, once in a lifetime opportunity. Did I act on it?

Yes, you bet, as much as I could come up with. I do this wurk, and the difference from the past is that you ACT on the subjective probabilities as you feel them. ACT, don't just sit there and say the APos came to talk to you and U did NOTHING- BUY the BIZ.

PS this is my commonplace book, I don't care if its read by a ton, but a proper distillation of sensor fusion and S Johnson GREAT book, the adjacent possicle- Where Good Ideas Come from is what I do here.
My distillation of subjective probabilities is NOT the same as Bob West's great work, but they are BOTH suggesting similar end points.

PS QUIK,  In my bucket list I do come out there one day to meet some of you- I take a limo :-)/.

& its aimed at just the right people. There will be no archive on the QUIK webiste, but if you are a MIG member you can watch it in their archive….
so just how many companies are MIG members anyway?

I don’t want QUIK to talk to me…talk to the above guys :-)
OUR APPROACH
MIG Connects the MEMS and sensors Supply Chain
MIG Champions MEMS and sensors in established and emerging markets
MIG Commercializes MEMS and sensors
WHAT WE DO
As the “go-to” resource for globally linking the MEMS and sensors supply chain to strategic markets, MIG helps companies in and around the MEMS and sensors industry to make meaningful business connections
. Device manufacturers, software designers, materials and equipment suppliers, foundry partners, market analysts, and OEM integrators all plug into the MIG network to form alliances that will move their businesses forward.
MIG membership features a number of exclusive benefits:
Access to the entire MIG member network, which includes key players across the entire MEMS and sensors supply chain
Admission to a neutral forum for discussing the challenges remaining to MEMS and sensors commercialization, such as standardization
Speaking opportunities at influential industry events throughout the year and around the globe at numerous partner and MIG conferences
I use what has happened so far in ’15 as the mental model…Dr. Saxe? He in demand like NEVER before.
Members-only Resource Library that includes MIG research, presentations from MIG and partner events, white papers, webinar presentations, and more
