My focus is to combine the writing of Steven Johnson and his thoughts from his book, "Where good ideas come from,"   with sensor fusion.  It will pay to be very flexible in thought as you won't know where the breakthrough is going to come from.  You can look over there, but it won't be where you expect it.

Has QUIK has attached itself to the adjacent possible of sensor fusion?


Yes,  That is a pretty good advantage and all that needs to be tracked.
Don't need much else, so thats  where the hard work will go.
