Also so important in the bigger pic.  I have read all the job descriptions this past 12 months, about 3-4 sort of blew me away is what they told me.  For me its the best way to gauge the future for QUIK,  they have added maybe 100 man yrs of experience this past yr.  They did not come here to do nothing, rather the adjacent possible,  with their experience they can do exactly as Carve Mead suggests...listen to what the technology is telling you..............move QUIK toward the adjacent possible.

I am all done listening to the I pronoun...........forget that( for the most part) if you just listen to the technology, which means you have to read a ton to be able to do it, you can hear it from a pure source.
I keep building up the share count while its cheap.

RC are you reading this?  Let me know.
