Gear Fit 2 Pro spotted in a support page on Samsung’s website

Commentary on the BIGGest fears of long term holders...

1. This device does indeed exist. For certain. No doubts.

2. It has NOT been cancelled- It will be on shelves.

3. Timing- Based on incremental info- subjective odds are shifting to an unveiling near term at one of their BIG events.
If any issues come up in the on going field testing they can still unveil on a big stage and just adjust the shipping dates; unveiling is close at hand now (?)

4. We have the parts when they are called for.

5. Subjective odds are shifting regarding the guidance, and going forward we may get tidbits that gives us some idea of when the ramp will happen for the Tier 1 wearable.

6. Past gear fit devices started with global sales, not staged regions.

7. Samsung Gear sport- they will have a formidable line across ALL wearables.
Health/Hybrid/Smartwatch. With the gear sport, which will probably be a hybrid-use that addition to show their commitment to this segment.

8. Nobody can bundle like Samsung and we can see how they put the packages together.

9. We know they want Bixby as part of their health fitness platform; use this to show just how vulnerable Fitbit is.....Fitbit will have trouble adding voice, AI etc.
they have no hearables, or experience in making them.


I was happy to read of this Tier 1 wearable showing up on Samsung's web site....I do like to read stuff myself and spent a futile 15 minutes trying to find that web page to put a link to it....no cigar. So if you want give it a shot. It may still be there, possibly it got taken down,.....but it is part of the GEEK buzz thing and subjective probabilities are that there will be MORE of this stuff-so keep checking any updates on this thread.

Always keep something to look forward to and I really look forward to this Tier 1 unveiling...
